Step 1: Ask Your Happy Customers to 
Leave You a Review

Steps your client will see when leaving a review:

Customer scans your QR code and rates their experience (happy, okay or not happy*)

If they are happy they are automatically added to your referral program (with opt-in).

Next they can choose to leave the review on Google, Facebook, or connected review platforms.

By clicking the button, they will go to the review page for the chosen platform.

*If the sentiment is neutral or negative, they will be directed to an internal review which will be sent to your business. Our system is not able to stop bad reviews. A user can always go directly to Facebook or Google to leave a bad review. Additionally, they can “go back” in the survey and access the direct links to Google and Facebook. As a best practice, do not add unhappy customers to your re-engagement lists or ask them to leave a review.

Step 2: Turn Happy Customers into Promoters with Referral Rewards

Upon enrollment, the promoter will receive a their reward link by email and text.

Over the next several months, the Promoter will receive a series of messages explaining how to use their Reward Link and encouraging them to share your business.

Step 3: Turn Referrals into New Customers with an Exclusive Offer

Step 4: Manage your Referred Leads with your Referral Pipeline.

Your team can Respond to Leads in your pipeline, Activate the Offer and Authorize Referral Reward Payouts with a few simple clicks.

You will receive email and SMS notifications when a new lead or referral requires your action.

Promoter app can be added to any mobile homescreen for easy access.

Promoters can send a direct referral or use the "Share Link" feature to send to friends.

Promoters share their link to their favorite platform, send a text message or email.

Pre-filled message and image are customized for your business.

Your Business will Need to:

  • Authorize referral rewards when a referral results in a new customer
